Textiles are, above all, a texture that can be touched; the visual artist Jaym uses this material to create new forms, to offer spectators a discourse, a coded language of identity, playing on a very scope which can go from great deep intimacy to an unexpected encounter in contemporary art.

Only Adam and Eve walked the Garden of Eden naked, because man has always known how to dress, from animal skin in prehistory to very refined fabrics today.

The artist destroys a piece of his original creation and function to recycle every possible part of it, he will sew, braid, glue his workshop rags, fabrics of all colors, with printed patterns and will arrange them in order to designing a work, sometimes the rendering is entirely a matter of chance, but often the choice of pieces of fabric tell a personal story, a symbolism, so that you interpret it in a collective memory.

Jaym begins to think, he wanders as he laughs to say, for very long minutes, half an hour, and begins to sort his pieces of torn, cut up, unstitched fabric, puts them together "blank" to transcribe his idea, if the mixture suits him he begins to sew the whole thing to mount it on a frame and offer a unique and original creation.
