Collage is an artistic creation technique which consists of organizing a plastic creation by combining separate elements of all kinds: newspaper extracts with text and photos, wallpaper, documents, various objects. This distinguishes it from pasted papers which only use paper.
I favor glued papers, which are more abundant to find, to create my paintings. It often happens that the public finds these creations to be simplistic, easy to make, that's totally true, but you should nevertheless know that Pablo Picasso used collage, just like him, this technique allows me to have more original compositions, I allows a more personal organization of space, I can add as many plans by superimposing layers of materials.
My collages are essentially made up of torn or cut pieces of paper, they are colored, some with text areas, you can apply inks, acrylic, charcoal, to add an even more unique touch. It's quite popular as a working method, many people like to decorate their interiors by pinning up concert or theater tickets, small flyers that we find pretty, postcards received or any other documents that we appreciate or which recalls a memory, here it's the same but I try to develop a finished work.
