Above all, my casts are made in a very respectful atmosphere, I am patient, listening to the models who agree to offer their bodies for eternity. They are all carried out with the presence of assistants or friends of the person lending their body or body part.

I really like making concrete volumes, they are a reflection of oneself, I choose the part of the body that I want to reproduce, I give it a position, a movement, to give energy to the work. The individual who poses, man, woman, child, will never be so admired, their physical imprint will remain an eternal curiosity. I add a personal finish in order to bring out vivid emotions, it's a small addition of additional enhancement.

The mold is made with strips of plaster or silicone reinforced with plastering agents. It will be to scale, will respect the exact rounds and curves of the body or part of the body. After major reinforcement, I would use this impression as a mold, in order to pour lightweight concrete with polystyrene adjuvant. Once dry, we obtain a 3D volume which will reveal the details of skin texture and body folds.

A cast is not dangerous and is not painful, you feel a slight sensation of heat, before applying the cast the body is protected by a moisturizing cream. You must remain as still as possible so that the casting is faithful.
