I love art like everyone else does. Everyone listens to music and likes certain music more than others, everyone watches films, TV or audiovisual images, everyone has read an article or a book and everyone has seen photographic or pictorial images, everyone has acquired an object for its brilliant design, everyone the world necessarily appreciates the creation of an artist whatever the theme. So everything around us influences us, so why would it be bad to be inspired by other artists? Because some intellectuals decided it wasn't moral?

Artists influence us, speak from the heart, express strong and deep feelings with their means; they have the courage to tell their truths. Some narcissistic egocentrics will claim to be precursors, geniuses of the unique and the best know-how, I have seen artists proclaim themselves creators of artistic movements, don't your ankles swell?

I also draw inspiration from what surrounds me, I like what other creative people produce, there is no shame in being inspired by their work, our subjectivity makes objective what we appreciate, why not to pay homage to it and accentuate this truth that we feel in the face of this art! I am an artist and I go to exhibitions that seem interesting to me, I look, I admire, and I produce or reproduce but without forgetting to put my touch, the truth that I perceive.
