    Marriage is the alliance between a man and a woman united by the same love. In this covenant is most fully revealed the history of the covenants between God and humanity sealed in the love of Christ who gave his life for us. The sacrament of marriage sanctifies the union of a man and a woman and places the love of the spouses at the heart of God's love for humanity.

    It is a commitment made before God. The dignity of this commitment is based on the four pillars that seal the exchange of consents: freedom, fidelity, indissolubility and fertility. Each of the engaged couples must be fully free at the time of their engagement. Spouses promise each other fidelity, and this promise is a source of mutual trust.

    Gwendoline and Laurent said yes at the town hall of Vichy in Allier, surrounded by all their friends with a sumptuous ceremony, accompanied by a small group of classical jazz music, at a magnificent estate displaying small, elegant restored caravans.
